We strive to deliver all orders (received before noon on Mon-Fri) the following day. Orders made on weekend are usually delivered on Tuesday. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and an SMS from courier delivery company on the morning of the delivery date.

Do note that any change in order might cause a delay in fulfillment. Delivery may also take longer during sale periods (GSS, Christmas), near public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If nobody is home at the time of the delivery attempt, you will receive an automated email message or SMS asking you to re-schedule the delivery.
Should there be a 3rd failed delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
