Can I amend my order after payment has been made?

All paid orders received through our system are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing and are usually cannot be altered. This policy allows our warehouse to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.

We seek your understanding in this. If you changed your mind about an order and would like to return it to us after receiving it, please follow the instructions in our "Return Policy" outlined in the link below:

In the event your order contains a pre-ordered item which has not been processed by the warehouse, we would be able to make amendments to the original order. However, we would not be able to guarantee that any previous allocation of pre-ordered items will be honored once changes to the order have been made. All amendments to orders containing pre-ordered items will be in the form of store credits.

In the event your order has been fulfilled by the warehouse and you wish to cancel it, there will be a $15 cancellation fee and the refund will be in the form of a store credit. There is no expiry date for this store credit which can be used to offset any future order at checkout.
