Why did my order arrived outside chosen time slot?

We currently offer two delivery time frames for our orders: Day (9am-6pm) and Night (6-10pm). Note that these time slots are preferred and are not guaranteed. They are adhered to on a best effort basis.

If you item is delivered at a time when nobody is home, you will received an automated email message that will allow you to schedule re-delivery choosing a more narrow time-slot (9am-12pm, 12-3pm, 3-6pm, and 6-10pm).
