If an item under warranty is damaged, please contact us and let us know the date of purchase. We will direct you to the appropriate service centre for servicing or repair. Customers are responsible to send any damaged product under warranty to the service centre. Depending on the brand, repairs can take up to 3 weeks. The service centre will contact you for collection once the item is repaired and ready for collection.
If no warranty is mentioned in the item description, you can assume there is no warranty for this item.
Even when there is no warranty, every item is still eligible for 7 days defect policy where we replace or refund any defect that is discovered within 7 days of item receipt.
