We ship all our Singapore orders exclusively using Ninjavan next-day courier delivery service. Ninjavan will notify you by SMS on the morning of the delivery date that your order is coming. The delivery could be made any time throughout the day.
If nobody is home at the time of delivery attempt, you will receive an automated email message informing you when another re-delivery attempt will be made.
Should there be a 3rd failed delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
