Gmail
- Mark a received campaign as Not Spam (if already in Spam). Open the spam folder and click or tap the message. Click Not Spam. Or,
- Add our emails to the address book. Open the contact list, click or tap New Contact, and input our addresses.
- Advanced: Got to Settings->Filters and create filters inputting out emails in the FROM field and selecting "Never send it to Spam" checkbox as action.
Outlook.com, Hotmail, Windows Live Mail, MSN Mail.
Sign in to your account at Outlook.com and do the following:
- Mark a received mail as Not Junk (if already in Junk). Open the junk folder and right-click the message. Click Not Junk. Or,
- Add our emails to the address book. Open the contact list, click or tap New Contact, and input our addresses.
- Add our emails to the Safe Senders list. Click the gear icon (top right), then click on "View Full Options"->"Mail"->"Junk Mail" and scroll down to see Safe Senders list, and add our email addresses.
Yahoo Mail
- Mark a received campaign as Not Spam (if already in Spam). Open the spam folder and click or tap the message. Click Not Spam. Or,
- Add our emails to the address book. Click on contacts icon, click or tap New Contact, and input our addresses.
- Advanced: Got to Settings->Filters and create filters inputting out emails in the FROM field and selecting Sent it to Inbox at the bottom of the screen.
Special case: Have not received Pupsik emails for a while and there is nothing in the Spam Box
In this case, there is a chance that your email has been unsubscribed from our system, either by you or automatically (when the system detects that emails are never read). Please contact our customer service and we will help you check and, if necessary, send you re-subscription request.
