We send several types of emails to our customers/subscribers:
- Regular email newsletter (usually 1-2 times week) highlighting latest promotions, new launches, recent products, etc.
- Various helpful reminders, such as reminders to checkout if items are left in the shopping cart, request to review recently purchased products, confirmation of achieved VIP and VVIP status.
- Notifications emails after a purchase is made or after order is shipped from our warehouse
- Reminders highlighting expiring reward points
For emails of type 1 and 2, there is a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of every email. Alternatively, you can use this link to unsubscribe.
Emails of type 3 cannot be unsubscribed from, because they contain necessary confirmations of purchase and shipment that are required by law. Once you stop interacting with our website or making purchases, such emails will automatically stop.
Emails of type 4 also cannot be unsubscribed from at this time, but we are working on implementing this feature in the future. For now, we can help you to set your reward point balance to zero - this will automatically stop such emails. Alternatively, if you are not planning to make any purchases, you can contact us with a request to delete your account.
